  • Do you offer special rates for charities and non-profit organizations?

  • Are there bulk rental rates available for multiple bookings or recurring events?

    Absolutely! We provide special bulk rental rates for multiple bookings or recurring events, making it cost-effective for your organization. Please inquire about our bulk rate options.

  • What comes with my rental?

    Your rental comes with access to:

    • ~100 - chairs
    • ~25 - 6-foot folding rectangle tables
    • Kitchen and bar area
    • Stage
    • Guest Wifi
    • Basic cleaning supplies
  • Is there an option for AV equipment and sound systems?

    Yes, we provide optional access to a mic, basic speakers and a projector, allowing you to enhance the audio-visual experience of your event.

    • Mic/Speakers - $100 per rental
    • Projector - $50 per rental
  • What is available in the kitchen and bar area?

    Our kitchen and bar area includes a fridge, stove, and microwave for your culinary needs. There is an ice machine available as well.

  • Is the rental hall wheelchair accessible?

    Yes, our rental hall and washroom are wheelchair accessible, ensuring that all guests can attend and enjoy your event comfortably.

  • Can we bring our own food/catering for our event?

    Absolutely! You are welcome to bring your own catering to the hall at no additional charge, giving you flexibility in planning your menu.

  • Are there any corkage fees for bringing our own beverages?

    No, we do not charge corkage fees, allowing you to bring your own beverages and enjoy your event without additional costs.

  • Do I need a liquor license to service alcohol?

    Yes, if you are serving alcohol during your event you need to request a liquor license.

  • Is there a deposit required to book the rental hall?

    Yes, we typically require a deposit to secure your reservation (Visa or MasterCard). Our building manager will guide you through the booking process and payment details.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept VISA and Mastercard.

  • What is your cancelation policy

    Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 30 days' notice for rental hall reservations.


    Deposit is non-refundable if event is cancelled with less than 30 days notice. 

  • How do we gain access to the building?

    Our building manager will provide you access on the day of your event or at an otherwise agreed to time.

  • What are the cleaning expectations after our event?

    We expect renters to leave the hall in the same clean and tidy condition as they found it. Cleaning guidelines will be provided, and additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra fee.

  • Where can I put my recycling?

    Unfortunately we do not have a recyclling bin. Please take your recycling with you.

  • How do I join Seniors activities?

    The Senior Citizens' Sevice Association of Saskatoon (SCSCA) hosts activities at the Cosmo Hall. You can find more information at www.scsas.ca.
